Exchange Control Rejected By Minister STABILISATION OF FRANC (Eeceived '28, 11 .30 a.m.) PAEIS, Dec. 27. _ M. Bonnet, Minister of Finance, in the Senate, again rejected exchange control as a solution of France 's problems. He revealed that the Bank of France had xecovered ten thousand million francs' worth of gold in recent months, hence the Treasury could easily stabilise the franc at the present level, thanks to profits from former devaluationg and a return of confidence which ' permitted the repayment of a £14,000,000 railway loan.
