DR. SCHACHT WARNS WORLD OF SLUMP DANGER
(Eeceived 24 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 23. The Daily Telegraph's Berlin correspondent says that Dr. Schacht, former Minister of National Economy, in an aroicle in the Deutsche Volkswirt, a leading economic weekly, warns the world that imme,diate measures are essential if a siump is to be avoided. He demands a more realistic and dynamic policy for possessor States, because not much time can be wasted before an international recovery policy is energetically taken up.
