Natta, £1 7/2, costs £1 4/-; Turner and Butler v. W. T. Harvey, 12/- costs; Waipawa Hospital Board v. T. R. Ropilia, £44 13t'6, costs £1 15/-; V. H. Bradley v. G. Humphries, £1 12/-, costs 16/-; Commissioner of Taxes v". Tipcne Matua £12 7/6, costs £l 3/-; Blair Eros.Ltd. v. W. Oliver, £1 13/-, costs £1. Judgment summonses : T. E. Brnin was ordered to pay the Waipawa Hospital Board £12 12/- and solicitor's fee £l 1/- fortlnvith, in default 14 days' imprisonment ; R. Pellew to pav Gordon and Gotcli Ltd. £l 14/- forthwith, in fault two days' imprisonment; Ernest Ingram to pay the Public Trustee £2 17/9 forthwith, in default t-hree days' imprisonment ; E. Ingram to pay F. T. Jones £4 5/- forthwith, in defauit fiv© days' imprisonment.
