ESPIONAGE IN RUSSIA?

Missing American and Wife (Eeceived 17, 8.45 a.m.) NEW YOEK, Dec. 16. There has been an unusual develop-' ment in the case of Mr. Donald Eobinson, a New York author, and his wife, who are missing in Moscow. It is now disclosed that the couple possibly have been connected with espionage activities in Eussia. The State Department announced that the Eobinsons obtained their passports by fraud. They cu»aed, from a tombstone, the names of two infants who have been dead for 20 years, and then obtained the necessary birth certificates. It was indicated, moreover, that the Eobinson's probably were not even American citizens, and were possibly involved in Trotsky-ite activities.
