PROGRESS OF HASTINGS Roading
Four miles of permanent road-surfao-ing work have been carried. but in Hastings during the past few months by the Hastings Borough Works Dapartment. This completes the roadiug schedule for this financial year and what other work Is to be done in this direction in the future will have tibe decided by the new council When elected next May. In the meantime the department is continuing with its schedule of Work as regards pathways and exeellent progress is being made in this direction.
