INYERCARGILL,f Last Night. For the second time in two months Andrew Allan McKenzie appeared- in the Magistrate's Court to-day charged with being intoxicated while in charge of a motor-car. Accused, who 'was not represented by counsel, pleaded not guilty. He pleaded guilty to a charge of driving a car while not being the holder of a drivcr's licence. On the first charge he wras convicted and sentenced to one month's iinprisonment, and for driving without a licence was fined £5, in default one month's iniwMomsto ^
