D'espite the poor weather on Sunday there were between 30 and 40 cuts at the Clifton Domain, bringing swimmers and visitors to the Cape. The domacn was quite sheltered from the wind, and with the improvements that have been completvlv recently, bids fair to become a popular picnic spot.
