OTANE DEFEATS H.S.O.B.

On Saturday afternoon the Otane team defeated the Hastings H.S.O.B. eleven by 10 runs after an exciting finish. Batting first Otane compiled 125, the best scorers being Cullen (41), Drinkrow (15), Sharp (11), and Pearce (11). Toothill took seven of the wiekets for 63 runs. The Hastings team made 115, ♦Drinkrow dismissing eight batsmen for 49 runs.
