Back-block Road Expenditure "On the proportion of' our capital value and road mileage, we have come 6ut of it rather badly in receiving only £•2000 out of the £500,000 set aside as additional expenditure on various backsettlement roads," said the chairman, Mr F. B. Logan, at yesterday 's meeting of the Hawke's Bay County Council.
