EMPIRE PREFERENCE
British Columbia Resolution (Eeceived 11, 1.0 p.m.) 7 VICTORIA (B.O.), Dec. 10. At the closing session of the British Columbia Parliament, the Legislature adopted a resolution "that the House favours the prineiple of Empire preference and urges upon the Dominion v. overninent the great importance of the maintenance of existing markets in Britain and other parts of the Empire."
