MORE CAGOULARD LEADERS ARRESTED
(Received 11, 10.30 a.m.) JPAR1S, Dec. 10. The police have arrested in conneetion with the Cagoulard plot Francois Metenier, industrialist, of ClermontFeryand, alleged collaborafcor of Deloncle, ieader of tbe plot. Charles Tenaille and his brother Andre were arrested on December 4. Charles was allegedly involved in arming the C.S.A.R. (Cagoulard) groups. Both were charged with assooiating with criminals.
