PRIMARY SCROOL SPORTS
Annual Event at Napier McLean Park, Napier, was crowded yesterday with excited children who eompeted in the annual Napier and district primary school sports. Nine schools were represented. Intermediate. who entered four teams, gained first and third placCs in the points competition for the trophy presented by the Amateur Athletic Centre for inter-school competition. Intermediate (Rata House) took first place with 34 points, Central, with 32J points, came isecond and Intermediate (Puriri), with "32 points, was thira. Teams were entered from Nelson Park, Hastings Street, Central, Te Awa. Intermediate, Port Ahuriri, Marist and Convent, Westshore, and Meeanee.
