MAN'S ARM FRACTURED
Mishap at Brewery When his arm became entangled in the belting of some macbinery at the brewery, Hastings, yesterday afternoon, an* employee, Mr Francis Gardiner, of 417 Whitehead road, pufiered ' a compound ffacture of the left forearm, jusjt abo've the wrist. He was removed, after treatmeut by a doctor, t'o the Soldiers* Memorial Hospital, where he is now a patient. He is reported to be progressing satisfactorily.
