MANAGERS SUSPENDED
/ "L i,LI Boxing Match Sequel - LONDON, Nov. 20. The British Boxing, Board of Control has suspended Mr. W. T)aly, the American manager of Maurice Striokland, and Mr. Paul Damski, manager of Walter Neusel when he boxed the Kew Zealand on October 19. After the contest there was a seene between the two managers in a dressing room. Mr. Daly has been suspended up to and including December 11, 1937. "Mr. Damski 's licence is suspended until its expiration, and ixo renewal will be granted until he has appeared before the stewards. At present he is in New York. "The incident which xesulted in the board 's aetion is better forgotten," said Mr. Daly. "I have no desire to discuss it'. As far as I am concorned it is closed. I can only regret that there was any trouble following the fight between Striclcland and Neusel. I appeared before the board and gave my explanation of what took place, There i leave the matter."
