The Times Tokio correspondent says that Cabinet discussed the situatlgn contingent on the fall of Nanking. It is hoped that the new Chinese Government will be sufficiently imposing to justify recognition and be disposed towards peace. It may replace Marshal Chiang Kai-shek's administration.
