CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night. J'oseph Robinson, a boot-repairer, aged 32, was sentenced to two months3 imprisonment by Mr E. C. Levvey, S.M., this morning on a charge of being intoxieated in charge of a car. Robinson was deelared unfit to bold a licence1 for four years. This was hit» second offence. The Magistrate said that he had been considering imposing imprisonment terms on first offenders without the option. "Other magistrates have done so,3' he said, "and I am considering following their example. When a man has had one warning and cliooses to continuo, he cannot be dealt with leniently.33
