Military Alliance Declared to be Unchanged MINISTERS' PARLEYS

Delbos, French Foreign Minister, and Colonel Beck, Polish Foreign Minister, after a banquet, toasted the Franco-Polish military alliance, which Colonel Beck declared was unchanged. The gathering followed conversations iield throughout the day between M. Delbos and the Polish Ministers. The conversations are reported .to have been cordial, although the Poles reiterated their dislike of the FrancoSoviet Pact. They . also emphasised that improvement of Polish-Czecho«lo-vakian relatioas depended on better Czeeh treatment of the Polish minority. The Poles also urged their claim for colonies and the neeessity for access to raw materials. Facilities for migratidn to Madagascar were partially promised by Franco, where the Poles could eettle 3,000,000 peasants and Jews. A Berlin message says that Baron von Neurath, Gerinan Foreign Minister, yesterday invited M. Delbos to visit Berlin, and M. Delbos accepted for early in January on the completioli of his present tour. No political importance is attached to the" Gerinan invitation, wbicli is regarded as an act of courtesy. . The Warsaw correspondent of the London Daily Telegraph ys that cries of "Vive la France" greeted the atrival of M. Deibos at Warsaw station, wheTe he was welcomefi by Colonel Beck and many Polish officials, also the Czeehoslovak, Eumanian and Yugoslav Ministers. The Press heartily welcomes M. Delbos, emplasising that the FrancoPolish alliance was lieVer stroiiger or better adapted to serve the cause of Europeah peace. The Warsaw correspondent of tlie NewS-Ohronicle says he ntiderstands that M. Delbos' talks with CoL-uel Beclc dispelled all reportt that Gerniai,y wOuld in any Way obtain a free hahd in Eastern Europcl
