(Britiah Official Wireleea.i EUGBY. Dec. 3. " The British Embassy in China is being moved to Shanghai for the time being, and the Gharge d'Affaixes, Mr E. G. Howe, and the Embassy party have left Hankow for Hongkong. Mr B. E. F. Gago is remaining to maintain contact with the Chinese Foreign Office. Japanese authorities have given an assurance that every care will be taken to safeguard the train on which the paTty is travelling. The French congulate is also travelling by the same train. The first part of the journey •wijl take about two days, the remainder being made by steamer.
