Shirley brings Alice and Young together^ much to the chagrim of the older woman, who promptly cables her son, Alice 's fiance, to meet the boat at Hongkong. Meanwhile Shirley, Alice and Young go out to do the town and have a grand Iark, Shirley winning a prize in a local theatre by singing in Chinese. In addition to Robert Young and Alice Faye, Shirley 's strong supporting cast includes Engene Pallette, Helen Westley, Arthur Treacher, . J. Edward Bromberg and Astrid Allwyn.
