WELLINGTON, This Day. The Rov. A. H. Nordmeyer (Govt., Oamaru) asked an urgent question of the Minister of Agriculture in the House of Representatives to-day — whether, in view of the drought conditions in North Otago. he would arrange for free railway tjransport for stoek and feed in that area. The Minister, the Hon. W. Lee Martin, said that a report on the subjeet was at present being prepared and would be ready in a few days. If it was thought desirable, favourable consideration would be given to the questioner 's representations.
