DUNEDIN, Last Night. - Attacked on Tuesday night by a man who was apparentlv searching for lost golf balls, Henry Askrick, the greenkeeper at the Balmacewan Golf Club, was struck on the head and arm with a stick and suffered a cut above one eye and hruises. Fortunately the injuries are not serious, and Mr. Askrick was able to attend to his work yesterday. The police have ihe matter in hand.
