Butler, Difector of the International Labour Office, sailed from Marseilles on .October 29 aboard the Kotterdam-Lloyd liner Sibajak for a three-months' voyage fo Ceylon, Malaya, the Netherlands East Indie?, India and Egypt. He was aceorapanied by . Mr. P. W. Martin, of the econoinic staif of the I.L.O.' The purpose of the mission, which is being undertaken on the invitations of the British, Indian and Netherlands Governments, is to study social and economie conditions.
