Application For Dominion Award

AUCKLAND* Last Night. All round increases in wages for oilstore employees are sought in an application for a Dominion award in the second Court of Arbitration by the New Zealand Federated Storemen and Packers' Union. Mr Justice Hunter presided, with him being associated Mr W. E. Anderson and Mr A. W. Croskcry. Mr W. J. Mountjoy, Wellington, appeared for the 'employers, and the 'union was represented by Mr W. Brotkerton, of Svdney, Federal Secretary oi" the Australian Storemen and Packers' Union; Mr W. Miller, Wellington, # secretary of the New Zealand Storerfien and Packers' Federation, and Mr W. Herbert, Dunedin, secretary of the Otago and Southland Ufiion. The hearing is expected to last two days.
