Dance Revue on Friday Tbe dance recital to be given by iliss Doris Shapleski and her puils in tbe Municipal Theatre on Priday night, promises to be quite an outstandnig event in tbe daneing world. No pains bave been spared to ensure that tbe programme will go witb a swing ■ throughout, and tbe final rehearsal revealed a high standard of work by tbe pupils, Miss Shapleski will be seen in a Spanish cape dance, aud a Polisb dance, two beautiful numbers. * Tbe adult ballets include, tbe Misses Mary Chambers, Joyee Erieksen, Margaret Wilson, Joyce Cullinane, Agnes Joseph, Tbora Davidson, Violet Norton, Pat . Goss, Minnie Weathered, Nicky Body and Brightie Gray; Miss Pat Young and Mr Fred Russell in an Apaebe dance. Mr Peter Fay's string band will accompany the hula-bula ballet. Miss Shapleski bas sueeeeded in seeuring tbe assistance of Sutcliffe's MouthOrjgan Band aud the Hapi Juveniel Quaxette. Miss Dean will make tbree appearanees during tbe eveuing aud patrons will welcome tbe re-appearauee of tbis brillians singer and siffleuse.
