CABINET RESHUFFLE
(Eeceived 1, 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 30. The Times, in a leader on the Australian Federal Cabinet reshuffle, says: "Senator Sir G. F. Pearce 's loss will be felt seriously, as be had handled external affairs in many Ministeries and acquired a wealth of experience. His ripeness of judgment was highly appreciated by tlie Prime Ministers under whom he servel. He probably owed his defeat to the secession movepient, whieh he opposed. . "As the election was fought largely on the defenee issue, the Government can proceed with the plans already approved by the late Parliament confident that they are also approved by the majority of citizens, "Great interest will be taken in hoW the Government proposes to safeguard the future ,of the marketing schemes in view ,of the recent referendum."
