Lovers, plotters, forbidden trysts, disguiseg, duels, jokes, kisses apd surprise follow each other in rapid and hilarious succession, with tho immortal artistry of Shakespeare ranging from comedy to romance, from drama to bilarity. Miss Bergner, as Eosalind, falls in love with Orlando. The latter's rapcatty brother, Oliver, informs the reigning duke (a usurper, ruling in piacp of B.>salind's father) that Orlando is a loyalist, and the duke banishes him. Eosalind, in the guise of a boy, ani her cousin Celia, follow Orlando to the Forest of Arden, where, under the greenwood trees, the Jisguised Epsalind m.eets' Oriando.
