TERMS OF NEGOTIATION
Japan Will Not Tolerate Intervention (Received 30, 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 29. The Premier of Japan, Prince Konoye, to-day made a policy declarat-ion to Press representatives, in which h« stated : — "Japan will not. object to neutral Powers offering to arrange direct nego tiations between Japan and China, but she will not tolerate third party negotiations. "Japan will negotiate with Marshal Ohiang Kai-shek or the Kuomintang if Nanking co-operates ; otherwise th® war will continuo until the Chinese are crushed."
