ITALIAN RECOGNITION
Manchukuo as Soyereign State (Eeeeived 30, 10.50 a.m.) EOME, Nov. 29. It is officially announced that Italy has recognised Manchukuo as a sovereign State and has decided to establish a legation there. l't is expeeted that Manchukuo will adhere to the Anti-Comintern Pact as a result of Italy 's reeognition. The next step in the Itaio-J apanese accord is expeeted to be a trade agreement, which already is being negotiated, arranging for the resuinption oi Japanese trade with Abyssinia.
