PROVINCIAL PERSONALS
Mrs E. Petherxck, senr., Waipawa, has entered the district hospital to undergo an operation. Mr A. Todd, manager of tne Masterton branch of the Banlc of New Zealand, and formerly of Waipawa, is at present on a short visit to the town. Mr J. H. Mitchell has been admitted to the Wairoa Hospital as a result of injuries sustained in a car accident at Marumaru last week. Mr L. ,J. Sclimitt, general lnanager of the Tourist Department, visited the Wairoa district last week.
