NATIONAL PARTY GARDEN PARTY

Several men gave valuable assistance in planning the loeation of ihe various stalls at the National Party garden party which was held on Saturday at the home of Dr. and Mrs K. E. Crompton, Havelock North. Those who assisted were Messrs R. Tapper, R. Bailey, J. Pickering, J. Joll and S. Estaugh, who were responsible for the erection and dismantling of the stalls and the committee was very grateful for their assistance. In the accounf given in the paper last evening the name of the' secretary and treasurer, Miss Christina Hunter, who worked so hard to make the party so successful, was incorrectly published. Miss Hunter assisted Mrs J. B. Campbell to organise the party.
