Huge Rebuilding Programme LONDON, Nov. 28. The Times Rome correspondent says the president of the Faseist Federation of Ship-owners states that the first stage for providing a million tons ot mercantile vessels entails the building of- 44 ships displacing 250,000 tons. An Italian company will huild nine, Lloyd Triestino 13, Terrentia 17 alid the Adriatic five. The liners Roma (32,580 tons) and Augustus (30,440 tons) will be reconstrUcted. The total cost of the programme is to be £16,842,000.
