French Minister's Speeck WAR AGAINST ITALY (Eeceived 20, 10.40 a.m.) EOME, Nov. 28. Despite a denial by the French Minister of Marine, M. Campinchi, tho.t he ever. said, in the course of a speech at Toulon (in the South of France), that a war between Italy and France was not only inevitable but necessary, the Italian Press is aflame with dcmands for his resignation. M. Campinchi is reported to have stated that Corsica must no longer be subject to Italian aggression, and that a war against Italy was inevitable and necessary and must end in victory for the French. France, M. Campinchi is also reported to have stated, is determined to defend Corsica against every aggression.
