TIMARU, Last Night. While secUring mussels uuder No. 2 Wharf in the Timaru hafbour this af tornoon a middle-aged ma'p, George Tavlor, slipped aiid fell into the Water. He did not come to the surface again and the body was recovered by Harbour Board employees half an hour later, when life was pronouneed extinct.
