Semi-Final Play at Hastings Club Semi-flnal play haa been completed in some sections of the Hastings Crocpiet Club 's annual tournament. , P'lay yesterday afternoon resulted: — HANDICAP DOUBLES. Semi-finals. Mesdames Brooker and {Shirley (16}) beat Mesdames Esson and Tomlinson (Wj 26—15. Miss Head and Mr Stratton (5}) beat Mesdames Ashworth and Wedd (12}). 26—22. . „ OPEN SINGLES. Mrs Esson beat Mrs Brooker, 26 — 4, 26—9. HANDICAP SINGLES A Grade. Mrs Bennett (2}) beafc Miss Millichamp (4}), 26—- 10. ' Mrs Ashworth (4}) beat Mrs Duff (4}), 26—24. B Grade. Mrs Lowe (7}) beat Miss Hilliehamp (6'), 26—21. Mrs Duff (.6}) beat Mrs Davies (5}), 26—24. C Grade Semi-iinal. Miss Head (8) beat Mrs Wedd (8), 26—22.
