BEENE, NoV. '23. A referendum is to be held on November 28 to deeide whether Freemasonry should be banned throughout Swl5zerland. Under the Swiss law a plebi3cite may be taken if 50,000 people petition the Government. The newspaper Der Bund publishes documents purporting to show that the petition was prompted by Fascists and supported by foreign agents*
