MUST LEAVE KENYA
NAIEOBI, Nov. 23. Dr. Tekla Hawariat, the former Abyssinian Minister in Paris and the spokesman at Geneva of Haili Sellassie, has been refused permission to remain in Kenya, where there are 10,000 Abyssinian refugees.
