(Eecexved 26, 8.45 a.m.) EUGBY, Nov. . 24. In the House of Oommons, in answer to ,a question, the Oolonial Secretary stti'd some further outrages had occurred in Palestine. Additional measures for dealing with certain classes of crime were now in operation and the military Oourts had been set up. It is reported that General Wauclxope, the High Commissioner, returning from leave in Engiand, arrived at Jerusalem by air. He was met by the general officer conimanding the British forces- and the chief. secretary _
