Bishop Barnes's Advocate (Received 26, 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 25. The sterilisation of the unfifc is urged by the Bishop of Birmingham, the Rt. Rev. E. W. Barnes. » His Lordship stated that too few children were being born but that there was an increasing percehtago of mentally and physically tainted. The num- . bers of certified insane in Britain were rising. Birth control was universal, the Bishop stated, except among persons who prcduced children who ought not to have been bom.
