(Eeceived 25, 8.45 a.m.) WASHINGTON, Nov. 24. In a statement he made to-day to representatives of the Press, President Eoosevelt said that the United States would continue its diplomatie efforts to effeet world peace, but he declined ti comment on the collapse of the Brussels Conoference. The President added: "Our poliey will be directed against the present unrest and future dangers." Mr Eoosevelt said that he was not formulating any opinion of the Brussels Conference until he saw the last dispatches sent by the chief delegate, Mr Norman Davis.
