Arab Terrorist to be Hanged (Eeceived 25, 12.30 p.m.) HAIFA, Nov. 24. Sheik Farhan Saadi, the Arab terrorist who was captured after eluding the authorities for two years, has been seutenced to death by hanging. There is no appeal from the Court. which comprised three Bi'itish military ojficers. 'Saadi was heavily guarded when he was transferred from the prison to tb» Uourt, and troops surrounded the onilding dqring the trial.
