Mexican Labour Decision (Beeeived 24, 8.45 a.m.) MEXICO CITY Nov. 22. Th'e newspaper Labour News has anuounced that Labour has decided on a complete boycott of Japanese goods as a protest againtet the invasion of China in defiance of international law and treety obligations. All the unions are instrueted to observe the boycott. Doek workers have been ordered to refuse to unload cargoes from Japan or load cargoes to Japan. In addition, the National Workers' Confederation has sent a . petition to President Cardenas to place an embargo on imports from Japan and the export of taw materials to Japan.
