In the House of Commons at question time tke Prime Minister, Mr. Neville Chamberlain, declined to make any' statement or to commit kimself in the meantime to making a statement on the conversations during tke' visit to Germany of Viscount Halifax, wkom, ke told tke House, ke kad not yet seen. Later Lord Halifax and Mr. Anthony Eden called on Mr. Chamberlain. It is understood tkat Lord Halifax will report on kis talks in Germany to a meeting of Cabinet on Wednesday. No etatement will be issuod before tken. :
