RIFLE SHOOTING
Napier Defence Club The members of the Napier Defence Kifle Club lired: the first round ior tke eervice championship. The conditions were seven shots application at 3.00 yards, 10 shots rapid at 300 yards (40 seconds allowed), 10 shots snap at 300 yards (three seconds up three .down). S.S.M. J. Kearney was top scorer with 110 o£f the rifle. The weather conditions were • perf ect. The remainder of the club finished their class firing. Following are scores with handicaps: — S.S.M. J.
