For failing to give way to traffic on Ihe rigbt, Duncan McNeill Gillies was fined £1 and costs 10/- by Mr. J. Miller, i S.M., at Napier tbis morning. For driving a veMcle witb no warrant of fitness, be was fined 5/- and costs 10/-. Frank Bulled, for driving witbout a license, was fined £1 and costs 10/-, and for driving a vebicle witb no warrant of fitness, *£1 10/- and costs 10/-. Eeuben E. Hare, for failing to give way to traffic on tbe rigbt, was iined £1 10/- and costs 13/-. A. Waterliouse, for riding a bicycle at night with no ligbt and no rear reflector J was fined 10/- and costs £1. B.
