40 DIE IN RAIL SMASH
Victims Mostly Spanish Prisoners (Received 22, 8.45 a.m.) SEVILLE, Nov. 21. As the result of a railway accident 40 were killed and 50 injured. The victims were mostly Loyalist prisoners, who were being taken to concentration camps in Andalusia.
