Changes Confirmed ROME, Nov. 20. Changes in the Italian Cabinet previously disclosed have been officially confirmed. In addition, General. Attillio Teruzzi, former Blackshirt comoiander in Spain, has been appointed Under-Se-cretary for Colonies. Signor Mussolini personally sent a letter to Marshal Graziani, expressing the gratitude of the Italian nation for the wotIc he had done in peace and war for the conquest and pacification of the Italian empire.
