WELLINGTON, This Day. There is a general feeling in Parlinmentary circles that the Anonymou*' Fublications iJill, providing for the signing of pohtjcal . and certain other items appearing in the newspapers, wiU be introduced in the House of Representatives this, week. The Prime Minister, ihe llt. Hon. M. J., Savage, 'has so far refused' to discuss 'his plans in the matter, but the impression is that he is determined to proceed with the Bill* The proposals for destroyiag new*-* paper anonymity on political subjects were discussed on at least two o'cca* . sions at caucus meetings of tho Government party 'last week*,' and it is gathered that a group of members who saw dauger in the methods outlined counselled. a cautious policy. However, they must be prepared to accept. tho majority decisions of caucus and,, as far as voting is concerned, Government members are certain to present a* united front when the Bill appears in the House.
