Gift Acknowledged The trustees of the Hawke's Bay ChcTJdren's Home have decided to give the children in the homes a eamping uoiiday during January next. This, oi course, necessitates some considerable expendituro where a hundred -children are involved, and the trustees havp made inquiries as to wliat support in tbe way of financial assistance may be forthcomiug. Mr. G. Husheor, managiug-director ofthe National Tobacco C'o., Ltd., lias agaux made a dAiation of £25 which will be of the utmost assistance to tbe trustees in meeting the expenses of the proposed camps. Tlie- trustees wish to convey to Mr , Husheer their gratitude and appreciation for tbe support he contiuues to accord them.
