Tribal Resistance Lessens 900 GOVERNMENT CASUALTIES • (Received 20, 12,40 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 19. The Delhi correspondent of The Times says: "Tribesinen in the lower Shaktu Valley kille.d one and wounded five SoutE Wales Borderers and wounded five Indian soldiers. "Tribal resistance in the Waziristan aria is ceasing, thaugh the Fakir of Ipi and other recalcitrants are still uncaptured. "In this year's campaign 237 Government troops have been killed and 663 wounded. The cost of the operations has been £450,000." -•
