The Daily Telegraph's Paris correspondent says that the police investigating the secret organisation known as the Cagoulards, (Hooded Men) have discovered a fourth arms depot. Two more have been arrested, making 11 in all. A search was made of 450 houses throughout France, and it is stated that the police are unearthing an organisation named "The Secret Bevolutionary Militia., ' ' and formed of extremists from various militant leaguos which were dissolved last year. The machinations of the Cagoulards are unfolding hourly. The police overnight made further diseoveries of miniature fortresses, arms dumps and radio stations scattered over the cify. One of the most amazing finds was a per-fectly-equipped hospital with an operating theatre. A well-stocked arsenal was unearthed in a house, where also were military equipment and brown leather uniforms all banded in Boyal Blue. ATrests now total nine, and more are awaited. Le Matin says the police are attempting to discover who provided the soveral millions of francs needed to purchase and transport the tons of arms already revealed, including 400 mach-me-guns of German make. Later: The police discovered an underground fortress. Armed guards have been placed at the Bank of France, the President 's Palace and Ministers ' residences. Excise officials at Lille on examining, a Iorry load at the port, found several cases packed with rifi.es and pistols.
